SEO no longer available?

Remember the furor that began when word got out that Paris Hilton wanted to trademark her signature phrase “That’s hot”? Well, Jason Gambert has decided to do the same thing, only with a phrase that identifies a profession, an industry strategy, and general practice for web marketing. The term? SEO. That’s right, the acronym that stands for Search Engine Optimization (or Optimizer depending on who you ask).

 Is this a real possiblity? What else can we call “it,” (I’m just watching my back. Don’t want to get sued now…): Google Find-ability Services? Hunt Portal Maximization?
